Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important: Because many of our products are small, fragrant or handcrafted, please review the rules below before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: We will provide a replacement or full refund once the error is confirmed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, certain items (e.g., used malas, opened itra samples) may not be eligible for return unless damaged or mis-shipped. New, unopened items may be eligible as described below.

3. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and typically credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the payment gateway and bank.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If return is due to seller error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
